Customized Music Lessons for
Beginners to Advanced Players

Nima Azizi

Nima Azizi, Owner (Guitar)
Bio:

I am a guitarist that loves music. I started out teaching guitar here at Agoura Music and took over after realizing what a great atmosphere it was to work at, and since me and most of my friends were music teachers anyway, the decision was easy. Agoura Music provided a place where we could share our abilities with the community and enable our own abilities to grow as well. I listen to PHiSH, Radiohead, Wilco, Primus, Ween, Portishead, Fugazi, Faith No More and much much more. I took over in November 2003 and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I love our teachers and our clients, which allows for an awesome work environment. Because we're all players here at Agoura Music we know what it takes to succeed in the world of music. I look forward to meeting you, so stop in and say hi!

Matt Beal

Matt Beal, Guitar
Bio:

I'm playing with Hollywood Rose, for those who don't know it's the band GnR came from. Obviously Axl and Izzy, etc. are not in this incarnation, but Chris Webber and Jimmy Swan are. I must say it's sounding pretty badass and I'm excited to start gigging. In the last few weeks I've been completely blessed to meet some of my heros. And they all happened to be great people! I live in Hollywood, which I hate, but I've run across some amazing folks and actually gotten to know a few like Ben Harper and Richie Kotzen. In the last month I ran into Johnette Napolitano, Nash Kato, and Lucinda Williams. I'm a rocker to the core, and these are people I really look up to. As human beings they live up to my ridiculous expectations. They have all been humble, real, and in it for the right reasons. My greatest hero is Randy Rhoads, and I KNOW that if he was alive I would know him. And he'd be cool too. It's a small world, and our time is short. Follow your dreams.

Amy

Amy Childers, Piano

Bio:

I am Amy. I am very ambitious and I am always working to get what I want. I have so many things that I would love to accomplish in this lifetime. Creativity is key! I am a piano instructor and songwriter.

I have taught piano lessons for over four years and am building my base here in the San Fernando Valley. I currently teach at Agoura Music. I have taught young children, teenagers, and adults. Starting piano lessons at the age of 7, I discovered my talent and passion for music. I started playing 20 years ago and I have been a songwriter/producer for many years. I teach theory composition and songwriting as well. My formal training includes 11+ years of private lessons and college piano and theory courses.

I write and produce rock, pop, and r&b songs. I've been writing songs and poetry since my teenage years. With my ability to read music and pick up things by ear, I am able to write for specific needs that an artist might want. I write rock, contemporary ballads, pop, dance, and r&b songs as well. I like to expand my musical tastes and I really believe in trying to incorporate other styles into my music. Check out my productions at

My name is Cary White AKA C White. I've been playing music, mainly drums ever since I got my first kit at age 3... THE FRAGGLE ROCK DELUXE!!!!! Ok soooo,I joined up with my first band "The Sons of Liberty" when I was 15 and have been playing, recording, and gigging ever since. At 19 I took a break from gigging and decided to further my musical career by attending the Musicians Institute of Technology in Hollywood, CA. After completion in '05 I joined up with a group called "Waiting for T.I.M." and played with them for over 3 years. We toured, gigged, and made several TV appearances, as well as, opened for such names as SOUND TRIBE SECTOR NINE and GALACTIC. At the same time, I wanted to take a step in a different direction musically so when I got the opportunity to join up with "The Main Event"(formerly Unmarked Roads) I jumped on board. We were an opening act for UNWRITTEN LAW and appeared on FUSE TV numerous times. I also recorded all the drum tracks for their latest album. Now, I'm currently living back in Los Angeles where I continue to work as a touring/recording musician for major acts. And most recently was working with "vOLUMe" with members of Juliette and the licks, as well as numerous other projects here. I'm also teaching music and percussion at the Burbank Music Academy and accepting any PAYING gigs in the area. I do Birthdays, Bahmitzvahs, AND divorces :) just let me know! You can contact me through this myspace or email me at dubzintahoe@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time and keep makin' noise... CW
